For 200 years, the mansion has slept — its windows dark, its rooms sealed by time and memory.
But this Halloween season, as the veil grows thin, the door creaks open once more.
Inside, eight rooms wait — forgotten, but not gone.
Each one tells its story through fabric and thread.

Nocturnal Soul Stitchery
that was hosted in Fall of 2025 by Maggie Reno of Snug and Stitch and Michelle Corless of Compass and Wildflower
A group of designers from the Nocturnal Soul Stitchery Halloween QAL have come together once again, under the new name of New School Quiltery and are joined by new voices, to bring a new story to life: The Forgotten Rooms.
While the mansion, the story, and the mystery are new, the heart behind it is the same —
creativity, community, and a love for storytelling through fabric.

What is the Forgotten Rooms Quilt-Along?
The Forgotten Rooms is a story-inspired quilt-along — a one-of-a-kind Halloween quilting experience that blends creativity, storytelling, and connection.
You’ll sew your way through eight quilt blocks representing events that occurred in each room of the long-forgotten mansion. Each block unlocks a new part of the story — designed by a talented group of quilters bringing the mansion to life, one stitch at a time.
